Phone Sales
I called them to see if they would disconnect it for me. The owner agreed to come out and disconnect it for $50.00. He never came out. I followed up with them to try to get him out here. While I was talking with him he got mad and hung up. I tried to call him back but now he wont return my call. I would not recommend using this company at all. I absolutly think he should have done this for free!

"First of all you are not one of my customer's. I am the owner and been in business 30 years and never hung up on a customer in the whole time I've been in business and never will. My rate at the time of your complaint was $95.00 per hour not $50.00. How could a man in business to make money ask another man in buisness to do it for free. What about the tech's travel time and gas to get to your business I don't get that for free so why would I come there for free?"
