When I first hired Gator Pool they did an okay job, did not always show up etc. Then it turned from ok to terrible. They just stopped servicing the pools. I received a call from my tenant stating that the pool was green as the grass!! I called Gator and got a message owner on vacation, but service will continue. I had to go to the house, put in chlorine and worked on the pool all weekend. Then the other pool started showing algae! No chlorine in that pool either, then we checked the filter because there was very little flow. They had NEVER cleaned the filter!! I called left a message again no return call. Fired them and hired a new pool company!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR POOL MAINTENANCE... they don't do it.

"Hello,I will answer this in order of wording above, 1- the date you cancelled was 6-25-18 [not 05/28/18 as stated]so you could not have wrote this on 06/05/17. 2- yes i went on vacation, however maintenance guys did not. ms.[Member Name Removed] called 06-22-18 on 8:55a.m. but did not leave a message for the maint. tech ,so how was he to know there was a problem.We have had quite a bit of rain in the last six weeks and sometimes pools get diluted and cause algae issues. I am sorry that ms.[Member Name Removed] felt she had to take care of the pool herself, however if she would have listened to the complete message she would have known that someone was here to take care of her pool needs if she would have just left a message. 3- As far as her other pool not having good flow, you have a variable speed pump at that house which spends 12 hours a day at low speed, so you will not see high water output, also pool filters are always cleaned to manufactures specifications of a 10 pound increase. In closing, we are sorry to lose you as a customer, but are happy you found someone to service your pool needs"

They came on time and worked very hard and neatly . They did more than I expected cleaning the walls before installing the liner and fixed the light . It was excellent and came by to check and see if everything was good,very professional .

They did a very good job on it. I believe it was $1800. I did cash, so they give you about $600 off for cash. It was a pretty good price. They had to take my steps out and clean them and all that. They did a beautiful job. I use them all the time, the guy comes out and cleans it. They were just wonderful. Gene the one that owns it is a nice guy. He does what he tells you and he doesn't put on any extra and just tell you, "Oh you owe this."

Gene was wonderful! We were told it would be 3 weeks before he could get to us but he ended up getting us done sooner. Him and his team worked quickly and they were all very respectful. We bought a foreclosed house and the pool was a swamp. Now it's a gorgeous blue and a perfect spot to cool off from the summer heat!

I called and he replied the same day, he came to see the problem. He returned the next day and replaced the pool pump motor, he worked in the rain and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with his work and cost of the job. I would recommend him to everyone .

They do an excellent job for me, they save us money by using them instead of doing it ourselves. We have been using them for 1 1/2 years and they have been great. They keep my pool looking great and I would highly recommend them to other people.

Just very professional type of guy, did a magnificent job setting up the heater. Came highly recommended by another pool company. I knew that it would take several visits to fully seal the pool, but Gene only took three visits to find, fix, and seal very leak. All around very good installers and repairmen. Known for lining the inside of pools.

GENE, THE SERVICE MAN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS,VERY HONEST AND RELIABLE. HE DID THE WORK FOR US IN SHORT ORDER. HE FIXED OUR PUMP AND FILTER, AND THEN DISCOVERED THAT OUR NAVIGATOR NEEDED REPAIR. HE TOOK IT WITH HIM TO DO THE REPAIR. HE TOLD US IT WOULD BE ABOUT $75 TO FIX IT. A NEW ONE COST ABOUT $350. WHEN HE RETURNED WITH IT THE NEXT DAY, WE WERE SO HAPPY TO DISCOVER THAT THE CHARGE WAS ONLY $10. IMAGINE THAT!!! IT IS SO REFRESHING TO FIND A PERSON WHO DOES GOOD WORK, ONE YOU CAN DEPEND UPON, AND ONE WHO IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE WERE AT HIS MERCY BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW A THING ABOUT POOLS. WE REALLY APPRECIATE HIS HONESTY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO OTHERS.

HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, THE ONLY DRAWBACK BEING HE DIDN'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY DID THE JOB IN LESS THAN ONE DAY.
