They did a good job. He was late, but he called first.

Scott arrived on time, was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. Due to an extended illness in the family, the carpet was quite dirty. He did a good job of cleaning, removing stains, and applying a coating to the carpet.

OUR CONDO IN OUR SUMMER ABSENCE, DEVELOPED MILDEW ON FURNITURE WOOD SERVICES AND CARPETING DUE TO AIR CONDITIONING MALFUNCTION. BY PHONE WE CALLED ELITE AND HIRED HIM SIGHT UNSEEN. WE RETURNED TO MILDEW FREE CONDO WITH EVERYTHING PERFECTLY BACK IN PLACE. HIRED 'ELITE' FOR OTHER CLEANING WITH GREAT RESULTS.

SCOTT TORMEY IS OWNER AND OPERATOR OF THIS BUSINESS. WE HAVE USED HIM THREE TIMES AND HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TIME, HE'S EFFICIENT, AND HONEST. (HE TOLD US AT OUR LAST CLEANING OF CARPET THAT WE NEEDED TO REPLACE CARPET SINCE DIRT WAS EMBEDDED TOO DEEPLY.)
