General Remodeling
Contracted with David to paint the exterior of my house, after sink hole
remediation. His lead/best sub refused to caulk the cracks stating that
the paint would cover them. I had to withhold payment to get Dave to
come out and address several areas where paint was not applied correctly
and to caulk the obvious cracks. Only then did he arrive to personally address the visible issues.
He assured me that I had a two year warranty that would cover any cracks that resurfaced. Now 16 months
later, he is no longer in business as Top Coat Painting, he changed his
phone number and email. DO NOT HIRE HIM - when his customers become
dissatisfied he changes his line of business and phone number. DON'T
fall for his "Warranty" as it is worthless!
