In February 2017, Bruce was contacted and informed I had a few issues with the job. Bruce's response was he would check his schedule and get back to me. Apparently, the pool deck area was not sealed properly or not at all, which was part of the contract, and now the pavers are flaking away. I spent almost 20K on this job and the sealer was suppose to last five years. Now, I have to seal and replace pavers as I am left holding the bag. I reached out to him a few days ago again, and no reply. This is what my pavers look like after 10 months.

Bruce and his crew did an EXCELLENT job...professional, personable, answered all my questions, distributed 4 color pavers very creatively, very neat and clean...will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Everything went very well. We got exactly what we had picked out for the pavers and pool coping. It all turned out beautifully. (Job was completed Feb., 2015). We have have had many, many contractors into our home, with it being new construction just finishing up. It never fails, that the contractors want to know who did our pavers, as it's just such an outstanding job--straight lines, great cuts, etc.
I just had to call Creative Decking back, as we have developed a water leak problem (not their issue) under the pavers. Bruce Jwanouskos immediately got on the phone and is working us into his schedule to get out and get the pavers moved so that we can resolve our irrigation issue ASAP.
We only wish that EVERY contractor was as responsive as Creative Decking!
We highly recommend their work and their work ethics!

They have a very good service. The crew that came out was helpful, polite and professional. They did a great job. I didn't like the way they did something and they came back the next day and did it the way I wanted it. I would definitely recommend them to others.
