Cool Ducts Air Conditioning and Heating Inc

The installer placed the main unit in an undesirable position- controls facing front and refused to rotate it.  One installer displayed an attitude.  I requested connection with the owner- i was refused with a chuckle. i"solution" was a floppy screen fence.

They came out for the scheduled appointment. Thats were everything went downhill. He was out by the A/C unit for a while and then came in and asked to go up in my attic to look at the ducts. I let him, even though I was sure why he needed to go up there. The tech that came out was rude. He said that our ducts were a mess and that he wouldn't give me a quote for repairs because he wouldn't touch anything in my house.
I called them in regards to the free lifetime filters that were supposedly part of the original promotion that they had hooked me with. They said they would look into and call back. They didn't. They had the nerve to call me again later with another promotional call for maintenance, I advised that I wouldn't be using their services again and to remove me from their call list.
They call me again today. I told the caller that I had previously asked not to be called again and to REMOVE my number from their lists and he hung up on me. I called back the number that he had called from and I was connected to the office manager. She advised that someone has been using their name to make "prank calls." I explained that I called the number back directly and she became nasty saying that no one in the office had time to be making prank calls.
There was no point trying to lodge a complaint with her as she was more interested in arguing with me, than with handling the problem and making sure that I am no longer on their list for solicitation. She refused to believe that they did it.

Showed me that the air handling was working too hard & that meant mold was everywhere & system was clogging.
 I checked my filter after he left  & found it filthy. That would have caused the results he showed me.
