COASTAL CRAFTSMEN ALUMINUM

I have had nothing but problems with the company I hired to out on our porch. They came out in Oct to do the estimate. When I hired them they said it took extra long to get a permit because I live in a flood zone. I find that hard to believe because when I had the hurricane windows installed they got a permit pulled in a reasonable amount of time. Well the didn't start the job until February and it has been leaking ever since. At the end of April after many texts and photos he wanted the rest of the job paid. I said I'm not paying till the job is done properly. They already received 1/3 as a deposit. He said they will have to file a lien. I said I wait 4 months for a job to start and you're going to file a lien 60 days after a job that hasn't even been done correctly. I said you can come over tomorrow and do a water test if there are no leaks I will pay you the last 2/3 (they supposedly had come and fixed the leak). Well he did a water test and my roof leaked. He asked if I would pay 1/3. I said yes and agreed the last 1/3 would be paid when the leaks are fixed. More texts, videos and pics and no response recently. He also tried to blame it on my roof. I just went to the Pasco County website and he put a lien on my property back in the beginning of May.

They did an excellent job. Coastal Craftsmen provided all the plans required by the HOA promptly. Once approval had been given, they constructed the screen room in panels offsite and assembled it in a few hours at my townhouse. The screen room is very well constructed (no bugs have gotten in).

THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
