All went well. Design done same day, install done in a day. Couldn’t be happier.

Really like the design on paper. Looks better than expected. Issues with rescheduling my install. Installer did a great job. I will have them complete additional work.

Poorly they no showed.

Delayed two times, and when they did arrive they were late and it was a very nice trainee and it took 3x as long as it should have. And one cabinet was measured wrong so job could not be finished. No apology and no compensation for lack of service.

On time. Professional. No mess when they left.

Looks nice, work they did was great.

Since it has not been installed yet, I have no further details.  What would be a good idea is to update this report after the installation is completed in March.  Then I'll decide to share with the Band of Neighbors.

Jerry is not only handsome but smart and a great person to work with!  Chris was a very skilled carpenter who gave attention to every detail.  When they were done, I still had a few questions and they promptly came out the next morning to make some small adjustments.  Their work is superior to any installer I have ever employed.  They aimed to satisfy the customer and I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.  They custom make the cabinets in their own facility.  No other closet company could come close to their skilled work, quality of material,  design ability or the price!  I am so thrilled with the look and functionality of this closet.  I requested a desk with a hanging dispenser for wrapping paper which I have always wanted.  I have 6  grown children and 6 grandchildren, so I do a lot of  gift wrapping!!  They designed my closet around this idea?and I love it!   They cleaned up everything to perfection and the Master Bedroom Closet is sparkling clean and I will finally get organized.  Thank you Jerry, Chris and Isaiah for giving it your all!  I will be calling you to give me a new Kitchen Pantry next!  Nobody else will do a job as good as this, you must give them a call!

Excellent work.  Everything was quality such as work and products.  Everything they did because of the quality came out perfectly. I would reccommend this company to everyone.

It was a pleasure dealing with Coastal Closet in particular Chris Berry.  We wanted to put a murphy bed in a spare bedroom.  Chris was knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions.  I had interviewed two other companies and went with Coastal because I felt more comfortable that they would/could do the job timely and well and used better materials than the others.  Chris was always responsive with any questions I had even after the order was placed and kept us informed as to when the materials were in and when installation would be. I was hoping it could be done before some family was coming to visit the end of October.  We knew our timing was short in order to get the materials and build and install the murphy bed before our visitors arrived.  But all was done in time!!  My guests enjoyed the bed and it is one of the best things we ever did!!  Chris is a stickler for detail and makes sure all is done right.  We would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

We were happy from the very first phone call. Chris was amazing. He came over that day and saw the closets we had (one of which was a closet located under a staircase.) He created an idea for both closets which met our needs and maximized closet space. The price was much less than other stores we looked at (Including IKEA.) They came the following week and installation was only a couple hours. We are very happy with the results!

They came out probably a year or two ago for a closet estimate. We never ended up using them. They were very good. They were very professional. Gave us a good evaluation and estimate we just went in another direction. Very thorough. We still may end up doing that project just not right now.

I contacted this company through Angie's List initially for an estimate.  I like to use local businesses... they travel to several counties across west and central FL.  Chris worked with me diligently through email to come up with closet systems that work for my family.  They cost more than others but it is worth it.  The ugly old wire shelving is gone and now we have beautiful closets that are adjustable.  Lifetime guarantee!  No down payment/deposit required.

Chris and Isaiah arrived promptly at 8am and got immediately to work.  The removed the old shelving, patched the holes and put up the melamine furniture-grade wood exactly to the agreed upon specifications.  Isaiah sanded down some rough edges so my kids wouldn't get scratched.  They are very friendly.  My husband was so impressed that he had Chris measure the office closet for future work.  Thank you Chris and Isaiah for a crisis-free installation.

Very quickly and professionally.  They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was clean and in working order before they left.  I couldn t ask for better work.  They are the company for me.  I think that customers out there looking for this type of work should definately check them out.  They came to our home totally prepared with beautiful pictures which come to find out were all of jobs they had done.  Check them out !! 

Chris is a straight shooter, an honest man who loves what he does and works with you to make sure that you get a closet you can afford that meets your needs.  He doesn't try to sell you or upcharge you for things you don't need, and he will work on the job until it is correct.  The company owner's son came with Chris for our installation, and he was equally as professional and respectful in our home.  We had two closets installed in two bedrooms of our 1925 home (in which there were previously two wooden, sagging, and broken rods) to help us truly maximize our space.  They are prompt, even ahead of schedule, they call when they say they will, arrive when they say they will, and keep a professional and very friendly demeanor throughout the project.  We will absolutely be using this company again when we further renovate other rooms in our home.
