+ -1 moreHe seemed like a nice man. He was $1000 cheaper than another estimate. He is licensed for painting, but I am not sure if he is insured. He quoted me at $515 for the laundry room and pumphouse. He spent a lot time explaining things. He was very conscientious.
Description of Work: He gave an estimate for roof replacement, new roof over the laundry room, pumphouse, rotten facia and replace some broken/rotten wood around garage and pumphouse.
