I purchased the original chair in January, but it was extremely hard and had no cushion on it at all. Every time I would get up and would use the arm of the chair, it seemed to be cracking. I spoke with Mark about my concerns. He advised me to come in and pick out a different chair. I did that shortly after, where the salesman showed me a great chair that was plush. I have had this recliner now for 6 months, but both arms have started to deflate and the material started stretching. I called and spoke with Mark again and also Todd, where they informed me they made a mistake. They were supposed to come out to look at the chair, but had 3 missed appointments. They later advised me to come by the store to pick up stuffing, where I could stuff the recliner myself. I picked up the stuffing and filled the arms of the recliner, but soon after that was taken care of, the back and bottom of the chair were also starting to deflate. I made an appointment for them to come look at the chair. The tech came and asked how I sit in the chair and how often I sit in it. How can a furniture sales company ask that question? You purchase a chair to sit in in. The tech said all they could do is re-stuff it. I informed him I have done that, but the material is not good and does not solve my issue. Since the stuffing does not hold up, are they going to continue to replace the stuffing for the life of the chair as it is deflating constantly? I called in and spoke with Mark, where he advised me to call in on Monday to speak with a supervisor, which nothing was resolved during that process, and Dave stated that if I did not allow him to speak he would hang up on me. I informed him that I would sue their company, to his reply was "go ahead".
