I completely agree with comments of the previous person. I chose Blake Construction because they had built a building for some of my family members and they were pleased with it. Blake was also the only builder I found that offered a " turn key " package.
It starts with their sales rep Mike. He came to my home, took some rough drawings I made, and we exchanged some design ideas. From there they took it to an engineer for the final design. Because they are good at what they do, they are a busy company. Expect a few months from beginning to completion. It's well worth the wait.

FANTASTIC 5 days start to finish minus the two weeks for the concrete to cure.
