+ -1 moreI ordered flowers in advance from Beacon Woods Florist, they informed me that they didn't have the same container that was in the picture but everything else would be the same. This was supposed to be an arrangement of roses and lily's. When the arrangement came, it was a lot of carnations, some closed lilies and no roses. I went to complain, they said " here will this make you happy? " and handed me a few roses. I will never use this florist again, I think their professionalism is awful..in this economic time especially I EXPECT to get what I pay for!
Description of Work: Ordered flowers for mother, picked out arraignment from internet, asked if they could do it, they said yes.
