My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called "Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning" and they charged me $100 to have an "assessment of the unit" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. I also offered to pick-up the part since they are located nearby and they refused. For me to obtain the part that I am legally entitled to I must agree to pay their technicians $1, 729.00. This violates the warranty. This company misleads consumers and breaches the warranty contract.

Please do not patronize this company. We have our a/c busted on Wednesday, up to Friday. It’s already 8:00 pm and the service man is just across the block. Customer service states that he was done with the job order 2 hours ago. This guy started repair at 3;00 pm ? So it takes you 5 hours to fix the problem? I say, they are milking the clock and slackers. Never ever have this company do any work in your house.

Michael is a poor excuse for a manager who doesn’t care about his customers or the work that’s his employees perform. Our daughter flushed a syringe (the one you’d get from CVS to administer liquid medication to your child) down her own toilet. We call Bayonet out and they say it’ll be $99. The guy gets here with an auger and jams it down the toilet, says the auger broke it up into pieces and “in his professional opinion the object has made its way to the sewer.” And charged $250. My husband being skeptical and wanting our house to be okay calls them back and with some pull, they come back out a couple days later to scope the lines. This guy says the line is clear but there is no way of knowing if it is still upstairs. He said “in his professional opinion” it’s out. Thinking we got a little peace of mind, we bathe our daughter. Upon draining the tub, the tub, sink, toilet, and master shower start backing up with poop and her bathroom almost floods. We call again. They agree to send someone back out in a couple days, but if they find anything other than a syringe then we’ll have to pay for it. Third guy comes, takes the toilet off the floor ? ? and gets the syringe through to where we can visualize it from the sewer in our front yard. So it was still stuck up on the second floor. This guy said the first guy was just being lazy and could’ve caused pipe damage and the scope only looked at the first floor because it was very much so still stuck up on the 2nd. How many men does it take to make one repair?! My FIL who is unfortunately out of state and not even a plumber, said the toilets got to come off the floor before the first guy even came out… So if you can’t even successfully get a foreign object out that was flushed by a child, you can’t even call yourself a plumber. We’re upset we had to pay anything because It didn’t get fixed until the 3rd time and they could’ve ruined our house. I call to try to get a refund for all the trouble and admittedly and understandably was upset, but I did not cuss at the customer service woman and was not mean to her. I was assertive and directive in what I wanted as a customer. She put in the request along with her hurt feelings apparently and the manager Michael called me back. He wasn’t saying anything on the phone when HE called ME so I asked “did you get the refund request?” He chuckled and told me he will absolutely NOT give a refund and I won’t get a penny back. I was taken aback being talked to by a manger this way. Never in my life. I said excuse me? He said “after the way you spoke to my employee? And you used $1,000s of dollars in repairs.” I tried telling him I wasn’t mean to her nor did I cuss at her and he told me he’s got it recorded. Okay? Play it over then! I tried going through this story with him. He said “why was a syringe even flushed down a toilet? Pretty weird thing to flush” 1. We have a kid (‘nuff said) and 2. What are you implying?! I swear to god Michael was amping me up by chuckling and making accusations and implications. I told him I was understandably upset because our pipes and house could’ve been ruined!! NOW I started cussing at him and ultimately hung up. I told him I was going to write a review everywhere and he said he’d respond to them and make sure people know how I acted. So I’m laying out the entire story myself. My husband calls a few days later to try to smooth things over and fight our side and remains composure the entire time as Michael chuckles at him and calls him a jerk and a p*** kid. We will NEVER use Bayonet again. They f*cked up not only once, but TWICE, on ONE job! And now they’re using my “attitude” against us. DO NOT USE BAYONET. There’s 1,000s of plumbers around.

This company is the worst company by far. We moved into our brand new home April 7th. The air stopped working after 7 days. A technician came out to say we need a new compressor. The compressor was ordered per the tech and the several workers who answered the phone. Waited all day for someone to come to our house. After talking to several people throughout the day who claimed we were the next stop, we found out they never even ordered a compressor. We are going on day 9 with no communication or return phone calls. Do NOT use them. They are AWFUL!

I purchased a brand new home through Lennar and Bayonet is the company that provided our AC unit. The problem is the AC in the downstairs doesn’t get cold at night, which make no sense, since heat is supposed to rise. We have now live in the home over a month and we are having the hardest time getting them out to fix our issue. They’ve had a couple techs come out just to tell us another type of tech needs to come out to fix the problem. So far Bayonet has rescheduled the appointment and said it will take another month to fix. This is so annoying that I’m getting to the point where I’m thinking of hiring another company come out to fix even through our system is still under warranty with Bayonet. My next next after this will be to report them to the BBB if this isn’t resolve sooner then a months time.

My tenant's A/C went out on a Sunday late afternoon . I called another company and they said they don't work with property managers anymore. So I called Bayonet and they came out within a few hours (they had 1 stop ahead of us), the price was super reasonable. I will be using them again in the future.

Our water heater had issues with the heat pump failing. We called Bayonet to come diagnosis the problem and paid $75 for the diagnosis call on April 15. (Bayonet installed the water heater less that 2 years ago in our new house.) Bayonet told us the Pump was under a manufacturer's warranty and would be covered, however Bayonet said the labor was not covered and quoted us $600 for labor to replace the under warranty pump. I called around to other plumbers to get a quote and they told me typically it would be standard for labor to be covered too just as a standard practice and good business practice. That was very upsetting. Therefore I researched and found Bayonet's Facebook page where I found they advertise a 2 year warranty on their work for labor. Given the water heater was installed less than 2 years ago, it should be covered too by Bayonet. We have tried calling for 2 months with no return phone call. We have left at least 4 to 5 messages without any response. I am very unhappy and feel Bayonet tried to collect $600 in labor cost that should have been covered under their facebook warranty. ("we stand behind our work with a two-year warranty on every repair!")

I don't even know how to put in to words how thankful I am for Ed and Jeff with Bayonet. With being new to an area, and not knowing who the trustworthy companies are in an industry where trust and integrity is paramount, choosing a plumbing company can be extremely stressful. Look no further than Bayonet. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient...they truly care. Ed and Jeff came in to my complicated situation and never gave up. They refused to give up until they had found a solution that worked. Through a massive amount of creativity and ingenuity, these two found a way to win! I'm truly thankful and feel so blessed to have had such caring individuals by my side and in my home. I didn't want to let them leave, because now they feel like family! If you need ANY of the services Bayonet provides, do yourself a favor and request Ed and Jeff. I promise, you won't regret it! Thank you...a million times over! I will be recommending Bayonet to everyone I know!!! Your company is VERY lucky to have two absolutely outstanding employees on your team.

I have had multiple experiences with Bayonet as they were the original plumbing company to run the drains for our community. I have used them for both Plumbing and Air conditioning. They have been very kind and professional each time. For the Air Conditioning they spent the time to thoroughly inspect the system and vent (intake, output). Plumbing I had very knowledgeable courteous gentlemen who answered all of my questions and did a very good job. I have scheduled recurring maintenance with them now and very happy to have them on my team to assist in the event of any future concerns or needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great - called on Sunday morning as 80 degrees in house, compressor running but cool air not coming from vents. Alejandro came Sunday afternoon, checked out the AC system, replaced broken fan above the coils, cleaned up the area and got the job finished and AC working within an hour. Very professional and answered all my questions. Thank you !

I called Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and AC. It was after hours but they still had a technician come out. Mike Rivera worked for over three hours in the dark and in the bugs before declaring the patient dead. The AC core was fried. The next morning, the parts department at Bayonet ordered a new core for me (covered by my warranty fortunately) and it was delivered to them later that afternoon. Mike was back again early the next morning. He worked for several hours in the heat of the sun removing the old core and replacing it with the new one. Mike is a truly skilled HVAC technician and professional. His manner is friendly and reassuring. Everyone I dealt with at Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was the same. This was a costly process for me, but these folks made the overall experience a lot less painful than it might have otherwise been. From now, if I need anything done, I'll be calling these folks. I would highly recommend.

Technician explained how the system worked ( after several other plumbers I hired could not). He explained how I had different modes on the heater and that in all seasons the heater ran on circulation through the attic. In the winter, I may need to use the electric mode because of the cold air outside. I was only charged a reasonable service call ( if my heater had not still been still been under warranty).

Todd came out to check some plumbing issues we had and got everything working fine. He gave more detailed info on the tank-less water heater so we could fully understand how the system worked.
