BEWARE!! Bay to Bay Roofing Ripped me Off on a Roof repair for aprox. $1700.00. I documented with pictures ect, that the job was NOT done according to the Contract or Industry Standards and it leaked the evening of the job completion. I provided this information to the company as for them to remedy the problem they created but they chose to steal my money instead. The Owners Anthony P. Hloska and Lindsay Hloska ignored my request to speak with them and also ignored the State DPBR and Sheriff dept Investigators and stole my money.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I have waited about 5 months to post my review of my experience with this horrible roofing company. It was due time for us to replace our roof, and shopped around with numerous companies. After working with the salesman Aaron who was amazing, we expected our roofing experience to be just as good. But IT WAS HORRIBLE. First off they changed our color 2 weeks after we had expected to have our roof done due to mishandling of scheduling from the office who never contacted us, we had to call day after day to get on schedule. Roofing went okay, expected it to be messy, and loud, didn’t expect oil stains from the workers trucks all over my driveway though. Also had to have them out numerous times after for mail cleanup in the yard. The FIRST rainstorm after the roof went on which was just 5 days later we had a MAJOR leak in the garage that was created by the shotty work of the crew. We got on the phone right away, and the office made it seem like it was an inconvenience that the homeowner who just spent $16k on a roof was upset about water leaking through the ceiling onto the garage floor. A few hours later a crew came out and fixed the leak and admitted that they did not do it correctly when they were originally out. Both the owner and the manager Mike, have been negligent in answering our calls, and are now IGNORING everything we send, texts, calls, emails. They are not willing to fix the damage they created in my garage and all I am asking for is a simple repaint to get rid of the noticeable ceiling damage. Mike came out a couple times to fix the soffeting that started falling after the crew did their work and still couldn’t do it right. Finally a worker of the company came out a 3rd time and did it right. Mike has a poor attitude and customer experience skills of a teenager I do not understand how he is a manager. He is very non-apologetic, short to cut you off, and speaks to you as if you are an idiot. So rude. If you want a company who is going to leave you worse than you started and take your hard earned money then this is the team! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Everything went beyond AMAZING!!! Team was awesome and worked to fast to get the job done. Highly recommend them, honest & great company!!!!!

Went well and in a timely manner. Clean up was neat and speedy.

I saved a lot of money. They were the best price. They did really good work.

Lowest of four bids and first to give us a roof, weeks ahead of other contractors. A little trouble getting paperwork needed for mortgage company. Minor problem found by inspector. Promptly fixed.

It was good. They got it done in about two days.

The agent that came out to give me an estimate was very cordial. However, as all pressure sales go, He gave me a very high price at first and continued to reduce the price every time I told him it was too high. I realized he wasn't going to take no for an answer and caved at 1800. He also required a 20%down payment. As soon as I signed a contract and paid him 360. he told me it would be at least two weeks before he could get out to repair the leaks. I was disappointed and wished right away I could have called others for an estimate,

The rain continued for another week. I am over 70 yrs old and live alone. My daughter works full time and is not here much. I can't help but believe that I was taken advantage of.. Since then, several other men have told me that the price was way too high. One even said he would have done it for what I paid down! Since I don't know anything about roof repair, I can't argue with them.

I've always heard that I should get 3 estimates, but how can I do that when the first one won't allow it? Last year I got done the same way concerning a SEAWALL. Gene aaron (ACI enterprises) stayed at my home 3 hours telling me how honest and religious he was. I felt I was forced to sign his contract. It did not turn out well. I wouldn't want anyone else to go thru what he put me through.

After the man left, I felt the same way, like I was forced into signing. All I wanted was an estimate. When I took a closer look at his card, it said he was an insurance specialist..not even roofer.

He quoted $5000 for the repair. As he kept talking he brought it down $1800 and I ended up signing the contract and paid 20% down. He did not do the work for several weeks even though I wanted to have the work done right away. I felt that I was pressured into the sale and charged too much.

The appointment setter was prompt and the inspector was prompt. However, I don't feel a thorough inspection was provided. The inspector spent almost all of his time on one of two areas that I pointed out, virtually none on the remainder of the roof. Told me nothing needed to be caulked or re-nailed in general; though that is hard to believe on a roof that is 10 years old with at least two very obvious problem areas. On one of the problem areas he said that any caulking or readjusting would cause problems and
I should just wait until it started to leak and then I could call them out to fix it. That seems more than a little self-serving.
On the biggest problem area--again, that I pointed out--he offered two solutions, one for $800 that he never outlined and one for $1500. The $1500 was so very clearly not workable that he after he outlined it, he said maybe he'd better check with the owner of the business who knew more about fixing areas where roof lines come together. He took a number of pictures which he said he'd send to me along with the detailed estimate from the owner.
Later that same day he called to say that he'd spoken with the owner and that they now had a plan. For $3500 dollars!  He said he'd email the details to me and that we could have a conference call to discuss it and for me to ask any questions. I stated that I'd be very interested to see it, and that I certainly hoped it would fix the leaking once and for all, but that I would really have to have it all laid out and explained pretty clearly before laying out that kind of cash. He assured me repeatedly that this would happen, and furthermore told me many times how honest the company is, that of all the roofing companies in the area these people didn't tell lies and stood by their work. Of course, he also added that he'd only worked for them for 90 days at that point.
To date, I have received nothing further from any one at Bay to Bay. Nothing at all was done for the $49. 
This Big Deal was a complete rip-off and I want my money back.

He was very professional and very nice. He explained everything he checked, discussed longevity of our existing roof and what needed to be done now. Explained in detail the needed repairs, providing pricing and the $100 credit to be applied as part of the purchased deal. Explained timing and duration of the agreed upon repairs, stating weather-related possible delays.

Drew was  prompt and courteous.  Spent a lot of time checking and measuring the roof.  Also, took pictures so I could see various portions of the roof.  He explained that this information would be maintained by his office for any future  work that might be needed.  He only needed to apply caulking as needed.  For the price it's comforting to be able to have my roof evaluated annually.  I will definitely contact Bay to Bay whenever necessary.

We had Bay to Bay Roofing come inspect, bid, and replace our roof. What a great group of people; from the owner Anthony, George, and their roofers. They were on time, pleasant, courteous, and hard working. They made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. If you are looking for honest, reasonably priced, and professional I can only recommend Bay to Bay Roofing, Inc. Thank you.

Very good experience, Anthony and his team are very professional and on time. They showed up, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, and finished up with little interference  to our daily routine.  Definitely recommend them!
