BANKERS MORTGAGE CO

I would need pages and pages to tell how the process went from start to finish., so I will try to consolidate the story. There were many bumps in the road, and Banker Mortgage saw us through every one. We had started with our bank, and although we were qualified, the home had issues that might need special insurance which was not only very expensive, but also would make the purchase not worth it. Our bank loan processor could not give us any positive answers on whether or not they would be able to lend on this home before spending money on home inspections, appraisals, surveys etc. We could have gone through the whole process and possibly not closed, and lost a lot of money. So at the recommendation of our Realtor we contacted Bankers Mtg. who specialize in difficult Loans. Bankers Mtg. not only found us a lender that did not require the "special insurance" but at an exceptional interest rate. Although our situation was a difficult one for any Bank or Mtg. Broker for various reasons, Bankers Mtg. worked hard at resolving all of them. Ours was not a large loan, therefore not a large Broker commission, but Bankers Mtg. worked diligently and went above and beyond at helping us resolve all the issues we faced. And believe me there were a lot of issues, ranging from Income taxes that were not done yet, a C.P.A. who was absent and absent minded, to not having "visible assets" (cash for down payment and closing costs seems to be a big problem), Address changes, too many checking accounts, and underwriters who really need to find another way to earn a living. etc. etc. etc. I still find it hard to believe how dedicated John and Jason at Bankers Mtg. were. They were super efficient, super patient, super persistent, and very professional. We are deeply grateful for their hard work, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!
