My sister goes to this vet as well with a Yorkie. She was so impressed with the vet, I started taking my cats here. The vet is really listens to you and will explain everything that they are doing. She is very personable, friendly, direct, and informative. My older cat is very vet shy, but even she doesn't complain. The staff are wonderful and very friendly!

Dr. Satler has been our vet for 25 years. Our animals are all taken care of as if they were theirs. Dr. Satler has kept our jack russell, Roxie, with us a LOT longer than is normal. Roxie is 17years old, has seizure disorder since 6 months old, and thyroid disease,. Roxie had a nodule on her nose and Dr. Satler did surgery on her, while she was under anesthesa her teeth were cleaned, she received a bath and the nodule removed. Roxie is doing great and is once again healthly. Thank you Dr. Satler, Debby, and Leigh for all the help and support for all of our animals.

My dog has allergies to many of the chemicals that the lawn and pest companies use which cause him severe discomfort. I keep trying to get the pest people to use safe products but they keep using the wrong stuff.

The team has gotten to know my dog's history and has worked to put together treatments which can make him as comfortable as possible while recovering from these pest control company mistakes. Advanced Veterinary has provided safe treatments for regular use but also provides more intensive treatments as an intervention when things get really rough.

I called at 8:30AM and Leigh took my call. Initially, I was given an appointment of 11am. I was anxious and thought my cat might have a blockage which could be fatal, so I called back and was told "come in right now, we'll get you in".
This is a home town vet clinic and not one of those big corporate, multi-chain places. It was the best vet experience of my life. I met some of the most wonderful pet owners in the waiting room, all of whom sang the praises of Dr. Sadler. As a new client, that was music to my ears because I would do anything for my cat.
Dr. Sadler may be the best vet I have ever come across in my 64 years. She is so kind, caring, communicative and took all the time we wanted to explain things to us, what would be done, etc. We were even asked if we wanted to wait while they ran the tests and cleared the blockage (had there been one).
The staff is equally caring, sincere and wonderful. The office and staff give you a warm, comfortable feeling and you instinctively know you are in excellent hands.
Because my cat Gabe is not used to being anywhere but home, we was extremely anxious. He was cared for and handled wonderfully,
Dr. Sadler found a urinary tract infection, treated him with antibiotics, ran a full line of blood tests and gave Gabe a full exam, all of which turned out perfectly. She took so much time with us and it was obvious from the start that she truly loves all God's creations, big and small.
Needless to say, I am SO glad we found them. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their pet family members.

The second time I went in, they were pretty on time. I liked Dr. Sadler, who is the owner veterinarian.. She is very knowledgable and helpful.

They are absolutely great. Their office staff is good. The vets are very caring. My dog has diabetes. They were really attentive to my pet's needs. We just moved here. It's been only three months and we haven't used any other pet service, so I haven't compared their prices to anyone else. I thought they were pretty reasonable. We would use their services again in the future.

My miniature Schnauzer has diabetes, and they bend over backwards for her. Dr. Susan Sattler-Augustin and the staff have been extraordinary.
