We have paid for the project, including the the purchase of the flooring from Lowes, and he had paid for everything and all he has to do is pick it up, which I already picked up since he walked out on me and now he is being unresponsive to my calls and messages. We have paid Ryen in full, now I had to hire another contractor to do the job that he was paid to do. He owes us now $1392.75, after taking out the price of the flooring that he already paid Lowes for the wood planks. We got a signed contract which he walked out to.
