Very well. Professional, pleasant, took me w/o an appt and finished in a timely manner.

a pcv line was disconnected at the valve cover. I reconnected it. I believe one of the mechanics either pulled it off on purpose or by accident during a previous visit. it has not come off since I reconnected it. I was told that this would not trigger a code. its been over a year and no check engine light is on. this line/hose could not have come off by itself. I paid them 40.00 to turn off the check engine light. you see, when you go in for an oil change, they do a multi-point inspection. this is just one of many negative experiences with village Toyota. they stripped out the bolts and the bolt holes holding the skid plate in place. it is removed to access the oil filter. the service manager gave me 5 new bolts. I re-tapped the bolt holes myself. the service dept. is unable to change oil without damaging my vehicle in one way or another. you go in for an oil change and you find them talking your wheels off. I asked, what are you doing? the reply was, checking your brake pads. you know, part of the 17 point complimentary inspection. four wheel covers were ruined on two separate vehicles because they do not know how to remove specialty wheel covers. I ended up purchasing two new sets. I noticed that on one of the vehicles I had serviced there that the air filter housing was not properly closed which caused unfiltered air to be drawn into the system. the air filter box was now warped. it was difficult to get a proper seal. did village do this? I believe they did. this vehicle was purchased at village and they serviced it. same vehicle was in for an oil change on another occasion and 1 quart to much oil was added. I was charged extra for that quart. had to drain it out. to much oil can be just as bad for an engine as not enough. there is more, the left rear brake caliper pin was not installed when the brakes were replaced on the vehicle I purchased there. my wife, my sister, and my mother drove this car from Florida to south Carolina and back this way.no accident occurred. this was potentially very dangerous. the service manager at the time denied ever replacing the brakes. I was informed later on by the service dept. that indeed they did replace the brakes prior putting the car up for sale. enough said.

They put a new timing belt and did engine work on another car I owned 4 years ago. They are very friendly people and do a good job. It is a new car dealership and I have used them for the past 8 years; they have never mistreated us and seem to do what they want and their prices are reasonable so I will stick with somebody as long as I feel I am being treated well. I will use them again in the future.
