The owner, Bobby V., responed to my concerns of a defective mattress I previously bought. He responded quickly and I was able to get a credit on a replacement or another make. I chose a different mattress, a Serta Perfect Sleeper. Bobby responded quickly and professionally. He not only picked up defective mattress but delivered the new one free of charge. His prices and choices of mattresses are extensive and allows you all the time to try them out. Would definitely recommend Rich Bedding and have to anyone looking for a quality experience. Bobby and his crew were fantastic. They removed the old bed and mattress and delivered it at no charge to a friend of ours who needed it for a spare bedroom. They assembled our new bed and mattress and even helped with the mattress pad (which was included at no extra charge) and dust ruffle. They cleaned up and took all the shipping material with them. Very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for anything better! Highly recommended.

While shopping for a new mattress, we vis8ted MANY chain mattress stores. Returned to Rich bedding 3 times before ordering. They were so courteous and accomodating. We were left alone to test different beds....which we loved. No pressure at all to decide or purchase. Rich bedding had THE BEST prices on everything we wanted. Free local delivery and setup were added perks. All in all....a wonderful, stress & pressure free experience from Rich Bedding. We plan on another bedding purchase soon, but will NOT waste our time with chain-style mattress stores this time. Believe me....shop local and support local businesses....You'll be surprised like we were. We purchased a high end mattress but there are many many more to choose from

We had a king size bed. We purchased 2 XL Long Twin with a remote for up and down for head and leg area. After 3 weeks we did not like the twin sizes. We went back to Rich Bedding and explained the problem to him and he will take the twin mattresses back in exchange for a King Size. He will sell the twin as used mattresses. When purchasing the beds you also receive free mattress pads, and a set of sheets. We had shopped around before going here and wished we had just went there first. They are very friendly and have told us a lot about the different types of bedding available and the differences in material. We will certainly go back to this store when our other bedroom is due for mattresses.
