The sealing of the attic opening was done just fine. Multiple attempts were made to try to repair the gutter leaks and there was some improvement but one of the leaks still exists. I have paid the full invoiced amount.
I asked Mr. Steele to take a look and the continuing problem and received an email from him on Nov. 16, 2015 that says "I took a look at your gutters. I recommend replacing the gutters with seamless gutters."
I replied on the same date as follows: "Would be nice but don?t want to spend the $$. Wonder why
he can?t stop the leak?" I have not received a response.
