Not well. For the $700 paid I expected quality work as described and discussed. All three dolls were not finished as requested. They also did not get finished until AFTER Christmas when prompt delivery before Christmas was promised. Colors requested for wigs and clothing were not used. Mismatched and non-period fabrics and trimmings were also used. The proprietor told me that the dress on my oldest doll was not restorable and a new more elegant dress would be sewn. That doll came back in a dress nearly identical to the original that was "not salvageable" with the old dress perfectly cleaned and restored, I was never contacted about the change. The doll should have been put in the restored dress. My biggest issue was with a smaller doll. It was dressed in a pale yellow dress when we had agreed upon a green print dress. It had a horrible misshapen wig as well. Diane did promise to rectify both issues. She stated she didn't have that type of fabric but agreed to replace the wig and dress. The dress was to be a red print. The wig was somewhat better but the new dress was solid red. When I asked for a replacement with what \we had discussed, she told me she was unwilling to do so. She became very unpleasant. Each time I spoke with her she seemed to get confused about what we were discussing and what we agreed upon. I would warn future clients to request a complete itemized billing before proceeding.
