Huge delays. The first deposit was given at the end of July and according to their estimates, and in a worst case senario the work should of been completed by the begining of November but we had to wait until mid February for the job to be completed. The communication was infuriating. We were constantly 'futured', workers turned up and then a few hours later they were gone again. We never really knew what was happening. We had been told that we might incur an additional charge if the pilons had to be drilled in, instead of being tapped in, but no one bothered to mention that had been the case. They just sent us a bill with an additional 4,000 dollars added on. Of course we paid it but I was seriously dissapointed. The dock is holding up - but its only 4 months later. I do have more dock work to do, but I'm not doing it at the moment because I am over budget as it is, but when I find the funds I won't use Dockmasters again.
