Every time i have purchased a bed from them it has been very easy..on time..professional..and best prices around..the always beat the competitors.

.The purchasing experience was fine. But the mattress failed in less than one year. A call to Comfort Mattress resulted in their inspectors agreeing that the mattress was defective. I asked when the mattress would be exchanged and was told they would contact the manufacturer and I would be hearing from them. 3 weeks and nothing. So Comfort gave me the number of their provider, who they no longer use. Seems the manufacturer (importer?) no longer deals with the Comfort folks. They were willing to exchange the mattress as soon as I brought the old one to them. They did NOT hear from Comfort at all about my issue. Hmmm.....
A call to Comfort stating that I expected them to do the legwork since I bought the item from them directly and they were not acting as an agent for the manufacturer (importer?) Was met with "look at your receipt". It does say that Comfort will help with any problems but that proved not to be the case. We're disabled and cannot tote the mattress to Orlando and a new one back. Comfort, of course, couldn't care less; they have our money
