Chris Larkin painted the exterior of our home and sealed our painted concrete patio, he did a wonderful job. From the first phone call to get an estimate, he was responsive and pricing was very fair. He showed up when he said he would, his communication throughout the entire job was refreshing and professional. All around great guy and business man. Highly recommend him, thrilled with the way our home turned out. Looks brand new, thank you Chris!

Iâ m writing this review as Mr Larkin is pulling away from our newly painted home. I truly did not want to lag on offering our praise and gratitude. We (yep, even wife) are extremely happy with the entire painting project performed by Chris Larkin. Prompt, polite, patient, knowledgeable professional service. Pricing was more than fair and communication was flawless throughout. From perimeter clearing and power washing to the last brush stroke we felt confident we had chosen the â right man for the jobâ . I canâ t believe I had even considered doing this job on my own. Thanks Chris! Will be referring friends and family!

From the moment you first meet to the finished painting project. Chris Larkin is a very nice and professional gentleman. He has great communication and was always on time. Chris was very friendly, professional, hard working and thorough. He cleaned the exterior very well before starting, patched some areas of stucco that needed it and did an excellent job with the house, trim and front door. Tropical storm Debby passed by right at the beginning and Chris communicated very well and got back to work as soon as the weather allowed. When it was finished, he cleaned up everything so it looks like a new house. The house is beautiful and his price was extremely reasonable. Strongly recommended!

This is my third reply on this man. I have been trying to reach him for weeks to come back and finish the paint job. He promised to put another coat on because where he fixed the cracks it is showing through the first coat. I called him again last week he answered, and said he would be here this past Tuesday. He never showed and now he is ignoring my calls. I am very disappointed that what he started he cannot finish and he has been paid. I did not see the mistake until days after it was done. I cannot give him a recommendation because I am so unhappy that my paint job is not what it should be. It was just painted in May and it is already coming off on parts of the house now I will have to pay to have someone else come and put another coat on where he did not paint, Or else take him to court
