All went well. The shower valve was tough for some reason, but they stayed with it and got it done. I felt confident that I was dealing with a trustworthy firm.

Young man was very courteous, asked me what I thought the problem was, explained to him, he went to work checked everything out on the hot water heater, and installed the new element. Stayed around a few more minutes to make sure the water was heating, presented the bill to me, I paid and he was out of here. It was wonderful to have hot water again after almost 3 weeks. Two of my children have used them in the past, and both highly recommended them.

Each time, I've been happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the woman who answers the phone and every plumber. Charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend Bob Tsacrios Plumbing.

He explains things. The office staff is exception. We’ve used some other plumbers before and got burnt.

They had to go in the crawlspace under he shouse and run a hot water line and that went fine. But the gentleman was a bit confused on what to do with some of the parts provided with the shower head hardware we had purchased and had a little difficulty at first getting it all installed and working. They took a bit longer than they had probably expected to finish the work, but in the end they got the shower and sink working fine and the price they quoted was what they charged. We are very happy with the results.

The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful, the plumber called on his way  so I knew who to expect at my home, he arrived on time and was very understanding got right to work explained everything to me and went over price before he started to make sure I was able to get it fixed.

I had really good plumbing company come here because I had a lot of trouble when we first moved in here. They were excellent. They were sent through American Home Shield. They were very informative. They told me what they were going to do. They helped me save a lot of money by coming up with an alternate plan for the plumbing. There was no evidence that they were ever here. They had to go through my bathroom cabinets, enter my walk-in closet and into the shower. They had to do a whole bunch of stuff and it took days.

After our remodel and work done by, we had a horrible sewer smell coming into our master bath, especially after a rain. No one could figure out what to do, Suncoast Plumbing had no clue what to do , the carpenter raised the vent pipe higher above the roof,
the roofer added a roof turbine on the vent- nothing solved the problem. We had our sewer pumped even tho we had done it less than a year prior and only 2 people in the house. A-1 Septic did the pump and Cris told us to call Bob Tsacrios plumbing and talk to the father. We did and Bob came out and he and my husband decided we must have a leak and they were going to put cameras down all our vents etc for a cost of $600 + -- then after a few days Bob called and said he wanted to try the P-Trap at the septic -- so for $175. and a few hours work - problem solved. Bob is our hero. We would never have anyone else do any plumbing work at our home!!!

We purchased the faucets at Lowes in Inverness. Plumber was prompt, clean, respectful.

Four days after he left the regurgitation and and quot;gulpingand quot; sound of the water barely making it through the pipes, was back.

After my specific request to solve the problem once and for all, even if it cost a bit more was really not complied with I do not believe I would call them again. I am to old to be putting up with confrentations any more and will give anyone one chance to do right by me. I gave them their chance.

Super nice, responsive, arrived on time, worked quickly etc. I just thought the prices were pretty high. I would use them again - in an emergency, but try to find handy-man for lesser jobs (due to price)

This sewer hookup was mandated by the city of Crystal River. It is replacing a septic system. We own the home, but we do not live there; it is tenant occupied.
We spend winters in Florida and summers in NY. Our tenenats were having trouble with the septic system after every heavy rain. Although we actually had a year to complete the mandated hookup, we elected to be the first homeowners to hook up due to the septic problems.
Our winter home is in Homosassa, so we elected to get a plumbing service from Homosassa, thus Bob Tsacrios Plumbing. We were just a little worried about contracting out this work when we were in NY and the plumber was in Florida, but we needn't have worried. All work was done according to specs, and the tenants are most happy.
The amount charged was fair, (We did get other estimates.) and the work was done on time and done well.

They were prompt, cheerful and courteous. The job was done very professionally. We couldn't have been more pleased.

hot water heater found leaking, thought we needed a new one, but was happy to hear it just needed to be repaired. Very honest.

They were on time, very neat, and didn't leave a mess. If I had to call a plumber, I would probably use them.

They charged me about $200 on their services. The young man that came out was fantastic. He was in and out, and left no mess. I just can't say enough good stuff about this company. As a matter of fact I have referred them everywhere. They've got the best of the best awards in Inverness. I will use their services again in the future.

Not good. Company left a bad tast in my mouth. Do not think I would use them again. Spent $95 for a $20 part and approximately 10 minutes work. I think a $75 charge for plumbing services in Homosassa Fl is very expensive. Cost of living is low compared to other parts of the country. Also many outfits down here know you are in a developement will charge more money for their services. Our mistake for not looking a little deeper for comparative service and price. Also we were given a 4 hour window and the serviceman didn't arrive until the end of our alloted time and after we had to call the company to find out if they were coming at all. Not very professional. Shower addition quote was very expensive just ofr the service owrk and did not include the parts.
