Heating and Air Conditioning Service
On Friday August 30th,2019 our A/C system was hit by lightning and blew out our compressor. I was frantic to find an A/C company to come out and fix our system so we wouldn't have to go through the long holiday weekend without a/c. I called several companies to come out but was told that a service charge just to come and look at and diagnose my system would be between $100 to $200 dollars. However I did not have to pay that amount thanks to "Back To New Heating & Cooling" & Manager Valerie who called and got their service guy over to us right away. They only charge me a low service fee, diagnosed our problem, even let us use their portable A/C that day, got our part ordered, picked up and had our a/c working the following afternoon.
