First appt., set up , all went fine. First rainstorm, and entire room leaked, actually puddled in some areas. The original work was done in Jan. 2014. They sent back the installers and they recaulked. The problem was not just recaulking, because they kept leaking. Anyway this went on for months. The owner came over a few times, advised us that the windows are not suppose to be weather tight/sealed/proof. This room , however, did not leak before their work, so I was confused as to why it should after. Once Brian Tambasco even advised me not to have a carpet in the room, or cut it back so it would not go to the ends of the room. We have one of those indoor /outdoor very flat carpets in this screen in room. Thought that was quite a solution from this business man/ installer. Anyway ever month they would send me a final bill for $200 and I would call and ask them to fix the leaks. They sent out their senior installers and they almost had it fixed. Most of the leaks were sealed up. The last time in June, requested those same service people and they came by sometime in July and told us what they would have to do to fix the remaining leaks, but they would have to ask Brian for an okay. Never heard back from the company, never received anymore monthly bills for the $200. So I was very surprised when today Oct. 2014, I received a notice of lien for the remaining $200. Work/hire these people at your own risk. I have had extensive home remolding done on my house in 2013 for a total of over 75000. and had no problems with anyone. I lived in another house and remolded that one at even higher price , no problems. We even used Advanced Aluminum for two previous jobs and had no problems with them before. This job did not get the same service. The prior jobs were just vinyl systems, so maybe that was the problem here, they can't install acrylic windows correctly. Not sure. Use them at your own risk.

The young man was very professional and got right to it. He removed the old screen and spline and replaced them all within less than 4 hours. Very pleased with the work.

They called me promptly after I left a message with then and gave me an estimate within a couple days. My gutters were hanging in 2 places and wanted about 80 feet of lanai screening replaced.
Not much to say here...they did a great job fixing both...screens are nice and tight and the gutter is fixed. They did the job for what they said they would.
Seems that good reviews don't need to be long...great service, great job, great price

The salesman was very nice, but there were specifics that I told him regarding the time line and they had plenty of advanced notice because my granddaughter was going to be moving into the house and some tenants were going to be moving out. We were assured that there was going to be absolutely no problems because we were redoing the kitchen and wanted the windows done at the same time so they could move in because they had to be out from where they were. The owner does the installation, but I found out the windows were not ready to be installed and he didn't order them until the last minute because I talked to the someone at the place where they got the windows. Some windows even got delivered there that didn't belong to us and were for someone else. They came and started installing our windows and then he pulls his guys off to go make repairs for other people. I told him that we were on a time line and he jumped all over me and hung up on me. It was just a number of things and when it got down to paying for the windows I made sure it was done over because he even messed up doing the papers that releases the lien. I made sure we did the form over at those offices because he had lied to me way too many times. I turned in the lien form at the offices with the guy who was actually doing the installation and wrote notations on it that I was not happy with him and he didn't want to turn it in because of that and told them that I had never given it to him and tried to make me look like a liar. I would never recommend them. The salesman did great, but when it came down to the final product it was a nightmare. The installer was there and heard the conversation and knew that I was not instigating and was defending myself because of our time limit. He was just really horrible. Even though the salesman was a nice guy he knows how he behaves and how he acts, so the salesman really shouldn't have made the promises he made. I thought their price was reasonable, but they apparently didn't use the proper caulking when they installed the windows and my granddaughter had to call them back. It was getting close to the expiration when she called and she had a devil of a time getting him out there so I told her that he's probably trying to run the clock out. She even called the salesman to get a hold of him and he said that he would talk to him. He came out and looked around and said that the house was settling and that she was going to have some movement and adjustments. Well, I had someone else come out and look at it and they told us that it was not the proper caulking to have gone around the window. I think he'll promise you anything and then when the time comes you're wrong for expecting what you were promised. It was something that I was told was going to be finished in a day in a half to two days went on for a week. I don't think it's very professional that you hang up on a client. We hired him in good faith and made it really clear that if they couldn't do it within that time line that we would go with somebody else. They told us it was no problem and we gave them plenty of time.

They have good service, and follow up quickly. They do quality work and we have used them previously. The billing is up front, and the work was done as promised.
