Communicating and expecting a response in a reasonable amount of time is like going to the dentist with no Novocain. Plus, they left construction notations on my aluminum studs and house. They drilled a hole in my roof inside the screened area by accident which is there forever. No consideration given for that permanent cluster. On the plus side, it only took them 8 months to do the work. I'm glad I have the porch, so they get one star for making that happen. Otherwise, I'm not able to recommend them.
