Upright Screen Corp

Upright had been referred to me by a friend whom they'd done quality work for. When I shopped around, The owners were adamant that they stood behind the quality of their work. That had me sold. Once I hired them, the kids they'd hired to actually do the job were slipshod. The seamless gutter had a seam, the metal joints had minimal bolts/ reinforcement - much fewer than the other original screening joints that did not need repair. I pointed out to the fellas that did the repair all items. They assured me it was all just fine, but I didn't feel it was all fine, so I called the owner out and had him spend the day fixing all the little things. Unfortunately I felt so badly as he was not a young man, I didn't speak up to him about the gutter being 2 pieces rather than one. This is to my regret as after the rain my husband noticed the gutter had no pitch therefore the water collects and sits in the gutter. And that Seam is where all the rain pours out right in front of the screen door. Creating a constant cascade of water and the constant puddle beneath. It is the bane of my existence. they should have done the job correctly especially since I requested seamless and the owner should've checked the kids' work. I will have to have the gutter redone.

We called Upright screening to get an estimate. The response was very prompt, Paul came within a day of our call. After getting 3 estimates, the recommendation from Hilson Roofing (who had recently replaced our flat roof) and all the good reviews from Angies list, we decided on Upright screening. We called on Thursday the 22nd to see if they could do it that Friday or Saturday as we were having guests on Saturday evening. Paul said "not until next week" it was Memorial Day weekend. However, to our surprise, he called on Friday to tell us that he had 2 guys who were willing to work on Saturday. They came early on Saturday and by Saturday afternoon they were finished. Paul came to supervise. We are very appreciative that Paul went the extra mile to get it done when we wanted it.
We are very satisfied with their work. Now we can enjoy our patio without being bothered by Mosquitos

From owner Darryl's meeting with me for an estimate through my telephone contact with Leslie at their office and then  to the work done by their employee Hans at my property I could not had dealt with a better company. They were punctual, courteous, professional and did a magnificent job at a great price for a difficult repair problem. I wish all companies were this good!

They did a great job. They were super quick. They came right away to give me an estimate and told me they are going to start right away. I say they were pretty good overall and they were also clean. They did the job 1 day and a half.

Personnel at Upright Screen Corp. provided excellent service from start to finish.  They arrived on-time for the initial estimate, answered all of our questions, and even asked questions of us to ensure they understood exactly what we wanted.  We had several other companies provide estimates; however,  Due to the professionalism and their quoted price, we decided to hire Upright.
Upright continued to exceed our expectations.  They arrived exactly as scheduled to take more detailed measurements and confirm all the appropriate details.  Within a week Upright Screen had fabricated the necessary components and contacted us to schedule the installation.  The installation went flawlessly.  Everything was completed as we requested and no mess was left behind.  I would highly recommend Upright Screen Corp. to others.

They worked seamlessly with our roofer, did what they said they would do for the price they quoted. We were exceptionally happy with Jim and Upright and would highly recommend them to anyone.

First call to Upright Screen was professionally answered. Appointment for estimate was set. They showed up on time and gave us a thorough estimate, with options to do more or less work to fit within our budget . We agreed to a number and a date. 
Again, they showed up on time, did the work professionally, and cleaned up the worksite before leaving.

They had to order doors, once they arrived everything was done in timely manner.

Outstanding

They came out very promptly and did the work. I was very satisfied with them. I would recommend them. The person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and told me that they could have someone out there the next day. They were here the next day and they were early. They told me how much it would cost over the phone and that was what they charged me. The person knew what he was talking about when I asked some questions.

We have been needing the screens replaced for some time now, so we asked for quotes on this job from a couple of companies. We've done busines with Upright in the past, so we knew they were good. Their quote was the most reasonable, so once approved we called them, They were very prompt in coming, the work amazingly was finished in 1 day! We are very pleased.

Lorrie, an owner, came the day after I called for an estimate. She was very professional in her evaluation of my screening needs. (She also gave estimates for 2 other neighbors.) The estimates were faxed a few days later and the work was arranged to be about 2 weeks after that (I had holiday vacation plans). I was very please with the care that was taken not to trample my plants. Clean-up was perfect, including sweeping the leaves that had dropped.

Upon returning home from vacation we discovered that rats had chewed through a few of the pool/patio screen panels in search of food. Obviously, we needed the repairs asap and called Upright Screen as they had done some work for us in the past. Because they were involved in a big job in Homestead and because we live almost an hour away, Mr. Cutrer was kind enough to send a friend, who has his own business, to do our job. They made arrangements for the men to do the job that very day and it was done to our satisfaction. We have found Upright Screen to be very responsive to our needs and will choose them to replace our entire pool enclosure next year.

From the first visit for the estimate to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally, courteously, and in the time frame provided.
