Chris and his team are great. Shows up promptly, knows his stuff. This visit was a routine cleaning, but he wore a mask and took care to social distance. On a previous visit, he fixed a nagging leak that had ruined my ceiling below the a/c.

Second time utilizing Chris's services. Always professional and most importantly honest!

I came home from a 4 day business trip and found my house very warm inside... and noticed the exterior unit was not turning on. After I tried resetting the circuit breakers, flushing the drain system... I called Ultimate Services... I had them install my outside AC unit almost a year ago, and I trusted that he would be able to fix my nearly new Lennox unit if anything was wrong with it.

As with my previous experience with Ultimate Services, my phone call at 9:30 pm was answered promptly and handled immediately. Even though I was calling late, I was offered an emergency appointment that evening. I decided I could wait until the morning, and within minutes had an appointment scheduled.

Chris arrived as scheduled, as professional and polite as I remembered. He listened carefully as I described what I had done, and went to work trouble shooting the system. After ascertaining that my new Lennox was not the issue, he proceeded to trouble shoot other components of the AC system.

Now this is where I have to say this why I will use Ultimate Services FOREVER. This man is HONEST !!! He could have told me anything about the interior unit being non serviceable, but he didn't. He could have just started replacing parts, until it worked, but instead he took the time to trouble shoot... and replaced a float switch that apparently was preventing the outside unit from operating.

After the switch was replaced....the AC works perfect... house cool, and I am very happy. It's so nice to find a company in south Florida that is consistently professional, polite, and operates with integrity.

When I noticed the carpeting in my bedroom and closet getting wet, I knew I had a problem. My central air unit was also leaking water so I immediately went to Angie's List and ended up calling Ultimate. Christopher came the same day and fixed the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and although he had to take apart various pipes, etc., he left everything very neat and clean. He took the time to explain to me what happened and how I should handle in the future. I was very impressed with the entire experience and will definitely call him if I have any future problems.

Christopher arrived 30 minutes early and fixed the problem right away. He was an excellent tech, polite, and very informative about the Trane A/C he was servicing. I would highly recommend Ultimate Services and Repair!

We chose Ultimate Repair and Service because their proposed estimate was on par with other estimates we received. However, what really sold us was how specific and detailed the proposal was. It was great knowing exactly what we were getting for the price we were paying. They arrived on time and completed the job within the amount of time promised. In addition to completing the job proposed, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work both functionally as well as asthetically. We were so happy we called them when we had a broken washer. Chris was able to come the next day and fix our washer with minimal fuss and cost. A huge help and relief to expectant parents!

I called Ultimate Services Tuesday afternoon and was very pleased to talk to Chris about replacing my outside AC unit (apparently called a condenser). I had been told by another AC company that the compressor was blown and needed to be replaced. Because the unit was 7 years old, I opted to have the unit replaced instead of just the compressor, because I wanted a warranty to offer when I sell my house later this year. Chris provided detailed explanations about the work that would be performed, and I really appreciated his patience in doing so. I also appreciated the planning that went into this job, as I was concerned about rain affecting the installation process. Apparently he was thinking the same way, because he wanted to prepare the way for the new AC unit that same evening. He and his helper carefully removed my old AC unit without damaging any of the landscaping surrounding it. Thank You!
This morning Chris called me to inform me that they were on their way with the new condenser. The installation was very smooth. I have to point out how professional this company is... They call with updates. They show up on time. Very nice clean uniforms. They clean up the work site. They take their shoes off at the door (Chris actually asked me... I didn't have to ask him... but we don't wear shoes in the house) And.... the job was well done and as promised.... on time.
This is a top notch company.... Professional and prompt. I thought I was really fortunate to have chosen them to complete the job. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. I can trust that they will do a great job for them too!
And side note... I live in Homestead... so anybody in Homestead... these guys are great!!!! They deserve an A+ ... Exceptional customer service !

They did a good job on putting in a new air conditioning unit for me in the past and so I am going to use them every year for the air conditioning unit checkup.

My AC started blowing hot air on a Friday, one of those very hot summer nights. We have a small child so trying to sleep in a hot house in Miami is difficult. I waited until morning, then found Ultimate. I called at 7am, figuring I would leave a message. To my surprise someone answered and said they would get someone out between 10 and 12. There would be a minimum charge of $50, that would be applied to my bill. Chris showed up on our doorstep at exactly 9:59am. He was polite, professional, and a genuinely nice person. I told him what was up, and he went right to it. He quickly found the issue, and had us up and running within an hour. The parts he replaced came up to less than $50 combined.
I have used other AC vendors in the past, and always felt I was being misled and overcharged. This was the first time I felt i was being fully informed and undercharged. I even gave Chris a tip for the great job, and for coming out on a Sat to help us out.
I would definitely use this company again, and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I needed a new central air split installed at a condo and old one removed. After getting a few quotes from various service providers, I contracted with Ultimate Services and Repair. Sheryl, from the office, was in constant communication with me. As an out of state owner of the condo, I needed the service provider to be professional and responsive. Ultimate Services and Repair was just that. They kept all appointments, obtained necessary permits, and followed up with me and my tenant as needed. Excellent service.

It went great

I initially got an estimate of what work needed to be done on my A/C unit, as it was dripping water from the air handler inside the house. Chris evaluated my entire system, and did a temporary fix until I could get the work done. The system was more than 30 years old. I decided to change the entire system for a new Rheem unit with a SEER of 16. Chris and his co-worker, Trevor, came promptly at 7:00 AM and worked throughout the day. The job was done by early afternoon. When you are replacing your A/C, that is important, as you do not want to be without A/C in Miami - even for one day. He explained the tax and FPL incentives and all the paperwork was in proper order. A very professional company.
