Hurricane Wilma destroyed our roof and screen patio, so we needed to replace the roof, as most of us in the area, before the beginning of the hurricane season. Roofing contractors were in great demand and had more work than they could handle. We finally found and hired a contractor that we thought was good (we had no experience in construction work), however, we later found out that his license was faked, things were wrong from then on, we knew that everything they told us was a lie and not surprisingly, he Left the work half way done (tar paper on the roof for about a month and a half). This is when TWN came to the rescue, when all roofers were very busy (including TWM) and there was no one we could go to beg to finish our roof. Jim Wyatt was very professional, compassionate, charged only for materials and labor, did not take advantage of our situation and completed the work without profit for the company. Also, he didn't take any payment up front. I will hire TWM again and again.
