I am very pleased with the quality and service that Triana provided with the custom gate installation. Rick was prompt for the estimate appointment and provided the estimate before he left that day. For the finished gate and installation it took about 3 months and was worth the wait. Rick Jr. designed the gate and it turned out better than what we expected. The quality of the gate is superb. The crews were prompt to show up and they even worked on a Saturday to finish the installation due to our company arriving the following week. There has been some minor tweaking since the installation April, which we expect and Triana has been very prompt in sending a technician to resolve the minor issues. A big thank you to the Triana family and Neomi for providing a quality job and excellent customer service.

I have used Triana Fence for about 4 years now. They have always showed up on time, never left a mess and did a great job. Triana installed 2 gate motors, a call box, a wooden fence on the side and a chain link fence in the front of my yard. Anytime I have called if someone didn't answer they always have called back the same day. The staff from the owner Rick to his sons, the office staff to the guys who work the field have always been polite, professional and have answered my hundred questions that I have had. I can't say enough of 1 particular employee and that is Lazaro he has had to come out several times for my gate operators and always goes beyond what he has to do to fix the problem.

Our landscaping company damaged our fence. Triana came out as scheduled and repaired the fence. They welded then painted and made it just like new.

If you want a well-crafted fence that is meticulously designed, built, and installed - chose Triana Family Fence. We are very impressed with the craftsmanship of the fence Triana Family Fence. We chose them because they are a local company with their office and workshop in our city (10 minutes from our house). Additionally they have been in business since 1971 with three-generations of the family working and managing the company. THEY DESIGN, BUILD, AND INSTALL A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. Our neighbors across the street had a fence installed during the time period of our fence installation. Their fence was installed by a different company. Although their fence was installed quicker, the design aspects (post spacing, levelness, and board placement) of our fence are much better. We had two other neighbors separately tell us they prefer how our fence was designed and installed as compared to our neighbor. Frankie and Jose from Triana Fence Company installed the wood portion of our fence and took the time to ensure the posts were level from front to back and the board placement was even and straight. George, the painter from Triana Fence Company, was truly a dedicated worker. He worked on Sunday to prepare the fence for painting on Monday (the next day). It took him a week to completely paint the fence because of at least two coats of paint was applied. He was extremely meticulous, ensuring every wooden surface was painted from bottom to top and non-wood fence (metal portions of the wooden gates, our house, and wrought iron portion of the fence) were carefully not painted using painter's tape and plastic sheets. All three workers were very professional, spoke English, and were very friendly. They were never in a hurry and spent time to ensure their work was top quality. They were happy to discuss the status of their work and how they were installing the fence. Mr. Ricky Triana (third generation of the family) supervised the construction of the fence with periodic visits during and at the completion of the project. If there was a question or concern during the construction of the fence he would drive to our house and ensure our concern was addressed. The only downside was the lack of communication between the company and the customer. We signed a contract with Triana Fence Company to install our fence on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Work did not start until Friday, May 25, 2012. Work was finally completed on Wednesday, July 18, 2012. The length of time it took to start and complete our fence did not bother us because of the top quality of work performed. What bothered us was Triana Fence Company never communicated with us to inform us when they would start work during any phase of the project. It took five weeks from the time the contract was signed until workers arrived to start work. We recommended to Mr. Triana that they should call the customer to give them a status of obtaining the construction permit, anticipated date when work would start, any changes to the timeline, etc. We understand the weather, permit submission process, and other priorities can adversely affect a project's timeline, but a candid phone call letting us know the plan and when the timeline changes would go a long way to impress a customer.

This company did an excellent job. They provided a great product and were professional, punctual, and a friendly service.

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS GOOD. I THOUGHT THE WORKERS WERE GOOD AND REALLY PROFESSIONAL. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WITH THEM WAS THE PRICE. I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY EXPENSIVE.

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY SUPER AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. THEY CAME RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TOO. THEY DID GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED US PICK OUT THE FENCE THAT WAS RIGHT FOR US.
