SU'S CREATIVE CORNER PRE SCHL

At first this preschool/daycare seemed like the perfect fit for my family and children BUT after a little while I started to notice the lack of organization and professionalism.  First off, there is never anyone at the front desk to see who is coming in and out of the front door, which is a MAJOR security problem.  Second off, there is no door blocking the kids from getting into the front area and to the door that leads outside where there are two major roads with a good amount of traffic.  Third, they were burning incense inside the daycare, and not even in an incense burner BUT by sticking the incense in a live plant and letting it burn down with in reach of the children.  The entire place reeked of the smell and it was very disturbing.  Lastly, the lack of organization was ridiculous.  My child was in a different class everyday, I never knew where to pick her up.  I was a new client and no one asked who I was at the end of the day when I came to get my kid.  I just came in got her and left without having to sign anything.  Now the proper procedure is to check out who the parent is and have them sign in and out the child  HOWEVER these people never knew where the sign in/out board was, could never find a pen, didn't know what room my kid was in so they had to walk to each room to look in and see and then NEVER asked who I was when getting my kid.  I was so disturbed by this after a couple weeks I had to take my child out and move her to another daycare.  I talked to the manager and asked that the director contact me and never received a phone call, email, or letter.  The director/owner was completely unprofessional and uncaring about the deficiencies I found in her business.  DO NOT trust these people with your child.  It is worth the trip up to Cutler or Kendall for a quality center that cares about the kids and the parents.
