The next morning, he called to confirm the appt.  He was on time.  He replaced the unit quickly.  He had the warranty materials for the unit ready for me, so I could register the product asap.  He also explained the warranty for their labor.  During the visit, I showed him a couple of other plumbing items and was able to get an approximate estimate of the charge for repairs.  I will be using his company for those repairs.
Great experience after a few disappointing repairmen/contractors lately.  Highly recommend!!

They are very reliable, prompt and reasonable for plumbers which aren't reasonable. I never had a bad experience with them and have used them for years. I would continue to use them in future.

OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. THIS COMPANY REPLACED AND INSTALLED A NEW ONE. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND LEFT ME WITH NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
