I used R P Smith Plumbing about 3 times already and they are always punctual. Everything?s perfect, wonderful, except for on the price, they are definitely a ?B?, they?re not an ?A?. They are a little expensive. 

They are a little dry, because I am a little talkative and I like to be friendly, and they?re not quite as nice, they don?t warm up to you as much as I would like them to. But, that?s okay! I have used them 3 times, they have always been great! 

They were out within 1.5 hours of my call. They found where the leak was coming from. They had to open a few holes in the garage block wall. However due to the nature of the repair and their backlog, they were unable to complete repairs at that time. I'm in the process of finding a different plumber who can perform the required work soon.

Arrived on time and were able to fix the shower and slow moving drain.

What a great company. Never felt like a price tag. The lady on the phone was very nice and the service guy Chris was nice showed me the problem and fixed it. I had him look at another issue we have and if I can not get it resolved I am defiantly going to call them.

From the person who answers the phone, the estimate and the work done I would highly recommend R P Smith plumbing. They are honest, professional and the work was top notch. They arrived on time, finished earlier than expected and the charges reflected the earlier finish time. They were nice enough to do some small work inside when they finished even though it was not scheduled. Still looking for a part for inside bathtub that is hard to find because of cheap construction when house was built. I will definitely use and recommend this company to my friends and family. Hometown feel.

They excellent service. They had the proper equipment to do the work. They showed up on time, reasonable pricing, did not try to fix things that did not need to be fixed. They did not take all day and did not have to tear anything apart.

He is prompt and efficient. He did the work under the estimate. He checked his work. He cares about the work he does.

Two men came out with a service truck. They got up on the roof with the snake machine and started snaking. Then one guy came down to monitor the toilets and look for signs that the clog was being cleared. It was a pretty good clog, as they could not free it from the roof vents. The man on the ground then had to listen for where the snake exited the house in order to locate the cleanout access. They located the cleanout access at the front of the house, dug a hole to reveal the access cap, opened it up, and snaked from the cleanout access into the house and cleared out the clog. They covered up the hole then they made sure that the toilets were functioning properly and that the clog had been completely cleared. The guys did a great job and took the time to do the job properly. I have had no problems with the toilets since they cleared out the clog.

I signed the contract with them 3 weeks ago. I highly recommend them to anyone. I dealt with the owner himself. He was punctual and very professional. He gave the details of what was going to happen with the job and the step-by-step procedure. The same day later in the afternoon I received a proposal from him that was detailed and itemized. He was very punctual. He was excellent and was everything I was looking for in a contractor or a business person.

This is an exceptional plumbing company. I've used them for all of my plumbing needs. They come on time, which is sometimes rare with plumbers. I like that they're neat and careful not to mess up my floors.

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY DOES GREAT WORK. THIS COMPANY IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY WILL COME RIGHT OVER AND GET THE PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

I HAVE USED THE PLUMBING COMPANY SINCE 1980. HE HAS MANY YOUNG WORKERS WHO ARE POLITE AND WELL ORGANIZED. THE HOT WATER HEATER WORKS EXCELLENT AND HEATS UP MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE. HE IS A GREAT GUY WHO STANDS BEHIND HIS WORD.
