Started out great until his helper left. He started showing up every 2 weeks if we were lucky, did NOT CLEAN THE DE FILTER as asked and let our pool turn green 4 times. We kept him on because we hoped things would get better but they only got worse, until he did not show up for a month At that time we called him asked for our gate remote back, he has yet to return it.. That was 11/10/2012
Description of Work: 11/19/2012 UPDATED After losing his Helper he started coming around every two weeks , if we were lucky, he did a adequate job but NEVER up to the standard that I first rated him. Rarely cleaned our DE filter even after being asked to do so. We have dogs that swam the pool regularly and the filter need to be cleaned every 4 to 6 weeks he NEVER did as he promised from the beginning. Stayed with him as long as we did because we kept hoping things would change but it progressively got worse until he just quit coming at all.. We also gave him our gate remote which we asked to be returned, which he has yet to return.
