Bad. After the work was done, the breaker kept tripping and it was not possible to use the washer or dryer at all before the breaker would trip again. After reporting the issue on a Friday night, they would not come out on Saturday or Sunday or Monday and it looked as though a week would pass so I called another electrician who came Monday night and looked at the installation with the comment "In all my years as an electrician I never saw something like this". The grounding wire was not connected. Within a few seconds, the problem was identified and minutes later completely corrected. Although everyone makes mistakes, this one was not expected and the fact that it was also not immediately set up for correction got me very upset. I had to pay for someone else to do the same work again. At least this time it was done correctly.

In August, Keylite serviced our swimming pool pump motor. It was a two day job to determine first, the problem with the windings and then the replacement motor. All of the work was well-done. Keylite then began work on our electrical panel. It was upgraded to code and to accept additional lines. They ran new wiring to the bathroom and to one outlet in the kitchen. This required running the wire through the attic, on a very warm day. During this process, Greg discovered that part of the A/C was hooked up incorrectly on the same line as the microwave, which was causing the breaker to trip. This problem was corrected. He installed GFIs in the bathrooms, kitchen, garage and outside, to bring the outlets up to building code standards. Greg and Steve, the manager also upgraded our outside electrical box which handles the swimming pool. Everything was well done with care, and they followed up to ensure we were satisfied.
