JUNGLE B'S LANDSCAPES INC

After attending the miami home show and seeing the huge elaborate display set up by this company, I thought they would be very professional and do a great job. I was very wrong. I called to make an appointment for an estimate for Sept 10 a week in advance. The appointment was for 4pm but nobody showed up. I called Ben Bistrong at 4:30 just to make sure they were coming. His response was that he had alot of work and that he wouldnt be able to make it. This guy doesn't even bother to call ahead to let me know that he cant make it and he wants to reschedule?? I told him that if a company can not make a good first impression what could I expect for their quality of work? Mr. Bistrong responded that he had a million dollar job that he was doing. While reading this please realize that he had no idea what type of landscaping I wanted. It could have been another million dollar job but I guess he will never know.

Jungle B's Landscapes INC did very nice work, in terms of aesthetics. He did a fabulous tropical garden in my backyard. I asked him not to have any elaborate features such as tiki huts, waterfalls, and stuff like that. I did not like that he did not sketch anything out for me. One small area of my backyard looks like he forgot it. It's a small area but he forgot to add the "island" area. I felt like if he had sketched it out, he would have remembered. He did not do the sod correctly, either. That is my biggest criticism. He laid the sod over top of the existing grass instead of pulling it all up. I can't really comment on pricing because each job is individually based. I do think that for our size of yard it was comparable. Overall, I really think he did a good job.I would use them again in the future.

We actually found this company at the home show where they had a beautiful display. They came to our home and gave us an estimate for the work, it took a little while to get permits but they did the job they way they said and it turned.

The work he did was very good. Not only do they perform smaller jobs, but also much larger things as well. Despite the fact that my job was small, I did not feel overlooked. I ended up with a fantastic garden and I could not be more satisfied.
