showed up on time, was a pleasant guy, and figured out my problem quickly... didn't need any parts and took only about 20 mins, but still had to charge me $95 for visit (that was his minimum service charge fee, and it was probably a bit of a drive for him to my house, so I didn't mind paying it).

He said this part was not available at this time. He said it was on backorder and would cost $295.00 to purchase and labor. He proceeded to say that I should just buy a whole new washing machine, and gave me a business card of the appliance store. He charged he me $75.00 for a service call to come out and take a look. He said he would be ehre between 2-4pm but it was about 6pm when he arrived.

He came at the time he said he would, sized up the problem and fixed it within a half hour.

I am very, very pleased with Jeb and his work. His response was quick, out the very next morning. He could have very easily socked me with a repair bill, but he was very honest, and took care of the problem. My washer had stopped working, and I called him Monday afternoon,late. He returned my call that evening and came out around 10 am the next day. I had screws and threads from a table runner all in the pump and it caused the pump to fail. He removed the items, and the pump started up again. And that was that. Like I said, he could have very easily told me I needed a new pump and I wouldn't have known any different. Jeb is a very HONEST repairman and I would RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY!

Jeb promptly returned our call and was punctual for our appointment. It was a pleasure working with Jeb. He was friendly, courteous, efficient and organized. His price was more than fair, and he was very professional. We would definately use Jeb on any future Appliance Repairs.

I called him and he came the very next day. He had told me a service call would cost $75.00 and then any parts would be extra. He was able to fix the microwave as it was a loose wire and it cost the $75.00. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional.

This repair was made to a refrigerator at my place of business. Jeb was easy to contact and he figured out the problem right away. He cleaned out the problem area and installed a gizmo to keep the water in the drain area from freezing up again. The whole refrigerator works great. I picked this repair service as a result of the good reports on Angie's List, and Jeb lived up to his great reputation. Jeb was friendly and professional and I highly recommend his services.

He was very good, helpful and timely. He was very good at explaining how parts worked what he was doing and was patient.

He listens to me, he comes when he says he will, his prices are reasonable and he explains everything to me. I am happy with him and have recommend him to others.

I called Jeb with the dishwasher information (i.e. make, model etc.). He ordered the part and was at my house on time the following day. He replaced the damaged handle, tested the dishwasher and was on his way within the hour. He provided excellent service.

Another company said I needed a new one and told me I owed him $65 for the service call.

He arrived on time, was very nice, his price included a new garbage disposal. He was very knowledgable and professional. He will be back with the parts to fix the leak in the dishwasher. I will recommend him to friends.

THE WASHER IS FOURTEEN YEARS OLD, THE SAME WORKMAN INSTALLED IT, HE DID A VERY FINE JOB WITH THE TIMER. HE IS VERY BUSY THOUGH SO HE'S HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH.

THEY ARE A REALLY GOOD SMALL BUSINESS. THE OWNER IS HARDWORKING. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE IS REALLY FAIR. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
