Did a really good job.

great. new roof passed inspection without problem

Within 5 years of installation the roof began severe rusting. In calling Heights Roofing, the roofer came out and agreed to replace the rusted panels. They never came back out to replace the panels. Heights Roofing did not take responsibility and have basically ignored my calls for 2 years. They placed the blame on the metal supplier for inferior or defective metals used.

Heights installed our metal roof and did a fine job (see previous review). I asked them to quote and install the gutters. They did so. I am very happy with their work. Oliver, the Heights employee that performed the work, was very thorough in scoping the job. He installed rain chains which we purchased separately. The gutters look and work great. I'd certainly refer them to anyone interested.

We hired Heights to perform the job because they came with a strong recommendation from a respected general contractor and they were priced lower than two other contractors bidding for the job, although not by much. They got off to a slow start but in the end I was very happy with their work. They addressed very specific issues with the roof in a professional and transparent way. I was able to contact the owner, Isreal, and project manager, Hector, at any time with any questions. The roof came out great.

They responded with the quote. After talking with the owner and signing the contract, he had the crew here the very next morning. If the repair solves the problem, we will be very grateful.

It was so great because they cleaned up every nail afterwards. It is a very young company and they have been very responsible every time. The roof was under warranty so we didn't have to pay for any of the repairs they did for us. They were there right away when we called them about the problem.

Company performed in a polite and professional manner. The price for the job was fair, I thought. My only complaint was that it took a long time to get a commitment on when the work would be done, but I suspect that would be true of any roofer in South Florida at this time.

THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY WHO IS FAIR. THEY FINISHED THE JOB WITHIN THE TIME ALLOTTED. THEY ALSO OFFERED ME TWO WARRANTIES, ONE FOR THIRTY YEARS, AND ONE FOR TWENTY-FIVE.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE LEFT TOWN AND THEY WAITED UNTIL WE GOT BACK TO SEND US THE BILL. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE AND STAYED WITHIN IT.
