I used this service to restore a rental property I purchased and to get it tenant ready and had the pleasure of dealing with Dexter. I needed to paint the interior, change lighting fixtures, blinds, door locks, towel racks, cabinet doors and a few other minor items. I also needed to take delivery of new appliances which Dexter did on my behalf, while monitoring the installation. Dexter was very efficient, reliable and competent. He completed all of the items on my list to my satisfaction and at a very fair price. I was also grateful for the time he saved me by doing the running around to purchase material for the job. I would happily recommend this business to anyone in need of handyman services
