We have been in service for approximately 10 years and have mainly catered to the needs of investors. We do offer our services to homeowners as well. Our company is detail oriented and very reliable.

I hate this company, I live across the street from them, and the owner Alejandro Martinez Rivera did the worst job in my house and on top of this he went to city of homestead to complaint about my patio and the pool that it was there, now because of him i have to pay a fine of thousand of dollars

I have been working with Granusa Investments for several years now! As a Realtor, I often run into properties that require painting, repairs, and cleaning prior to putting on the market. Granusa has been the best I have ever worked with! They are always punctual (or early) and provide quality work and reasonable prices. They always go above and beyond and are a pleasure to work with!
