Robert arrived on time, and after introducing himself to me and discussing the job with me, got right to work on the roof. He provided a full explanation of what he was going to do, and worked diligently until the job was finished.
He warned me that the dirt and mold washed off the roof would come down on the driveway, my pool deck and the sides of the house, and that some of the runoff would likely go in the pool because of the roof overhang and lack of gutters. I said I was aware of that and that the pool cleaner would take care of the pool in a day or two. After finishing the roof, Robert thoroughly rinsed the pool deck and the sides of the house before proceeding with the porch, driveway and sidewalks, and I was very happy with the way they looked.
It rained sporadically throughout the day, and though I told him I wouldn't have a problem with him coming back later if he felt he needed to, Robert said he was only concerned about nearby lightning, and didn't mind the rain. It took several hours to complete the large square footage of all of the surfaces he was cleaning, but I didn't once feel that he was trying to take shortcuts. The work turned out great, and I was impressed enough with Robert's representation of the company, that I had him photograph the stamped concrete driveway so that he could obtain an estimate to have the driveway painted in a few days. I plan to do that, based upon the estimate.
