with 2 BIG JOBS. I'm trying to get to you asap.. I responded see you next week (3-25-14 or 3-26-14). On 3-24-14 Damian called me stating you were going to send a letter of intent. Which was received at11:30 PM.
First Damian's reason for not coming to do the job was he had to fire someone.
Second Damian said that your welder's wife is sick and had to leave the country.
I sent Damian an email stating that the Board wants a date for the job to be done or our money back and we would go to another company.We are tired of Damian's excuses and explanations
On 3-27-14 Damian called states has 3 gate doors and is working on the other door. He said He"s a small company with 2 workers.
On 4-2-14 Damian came and put up all the doors. The pedestrian doors had no doorknobs. I ask him why. He said he didn't know we wanted them. On 4-5-14 Damian came to put on the door knobs. He charged $105.00.
On 4-7-14 Damian called me to ask for the balance. He said he would come pick it up. I told I didn't have a check to give him that I will mail it.
On 4-14-14 the entrance gate on 152 ave came off the track. Again on 4-15-14 the same gate came off the track. I noticed with an owner that the gate was hitting the motor. I texted Damian he came on 4-16-14. He came on 4-16-14 and fixed the gate. For this he wanted to charge $65.00. I protested on 4-17-14. Damian called me and spoke to me very loudly. I asked him to lower his voice, that I wasn't deaf. He said he would not send the invoice.
He promptly worked with my neighbor in gaining access to their property, and he was always extremely polite and professional throughout th.e entire project
The old fence was promptly removed and Damian and his crew cleaned it all up before they left. Fence was paid in full after the job was done. He never really asked for money ahead of time and that really attest how confident he is on the work he does.
Fence Assured was a great find, and I for sure will use their services if the need arises.
