Exterior Painting
Mike was very easy to work with and very responsive. Overall, I was satisfied with the work but they aren't overly focused on details (i.e. they didn't tape windows so now there is paint on the glass, and they destroyed a flower bed). My only concern is that although the contract was 50%/25%/25% payment, he came back when they were about 90% done and asked for most of the final payment early. I would recommend him for straightforward jobs and for someone who can stand their ground when it comes to payment.
