Scott Ness was superbly responsive throughout the process, from planning through on-site coordination, updates and follow through. Despite a couple of unforeseen additional needs for intervention discovered and addresses in the process, Scott stood by his original quote. Scott was there in person to set up the teams responsible for various areas and stayed close with updates on the various developments. Everyone worked hard and the work was completed in a timely manner.
