Outstanding! George came over during a pouring rainstorm, and removed the source of the problem - a bad battery. Rick came out on a subsequent visit to replace parts and give the system a complete overhaul. Very professional and pleasant people to deal with. Price was excellent!

We formerly used ADT and needed new keypads which they quoted at $200 more than Elite. Elite's representative was professional and explained the system thoroughly. We've had their service for a few months with no problems.

Elite has offered us very good service. Their customer service and tech teams have been very helpful any time we've called. We called them to check and reactivate the system that was existing when we bought the house. Their rates were very fair, and they have even performed some follow-up work at no charge. When I needed a special part to install on the alarm line so my DSL system didn't interfere with the alarm, I paid for the part, but they brought it over and installed it free as a courtesy.

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE INSTILLATION. AND THE PEACE OF MIND I HAVE RECEIVED SINCE THEY LEFT HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE RATE IS INCREDIBLE, AS IS THEIR RESPONSE TIME. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY.

WE USED TO USE ADT BUT THE ALARM SYSTEM ALWAYS HAD FALSE ALARMS. SO WE WENT WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT WAS REFERRED TO US BY THE NEIGHBORS. SO FAR WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
