+ -1 moreCalled and made appointment a week later. Was never called to confirm appointment. I called today (day of appointment) to confirm myself and was told someone would show up - NOBODY showed up, I didn't get a phone call or a text to at least say "I'm running late" or "I'm sorry, but we'll have to reschedule" or anything of the sort.. this is very unprofessional and it is an indication of what their actual service would be like when you do hire them! guess I saved myself the headache thanks to their unprofessional way of dealing with a new customer.
