It took about 3 weeks from the time I receved it to the time that we got it installed, Mr. Rivera was very patient and very informative about how the signals are received, the maximum length of the wire,ect..., This company was a definite pleasure to do bussiness with. They should be a role model for other companies when it comes to customer service. Mr. Rivera personally took care of my order, and guided me thru the installation. We went from 2 stations to 9 stations and are planning on adjusting it a little to see if by going up another ten feet if we can't receive another 6-10 station. This was a major purchase for us, we are on a limited income and have been watching the same 2 channels for almost three years, so to us it was a major thing to find a company with integrity. They have an excellent product and good business values.
