Debbie was adamant about not letting us have access to the home we had under contract until the final walkthrough, just prior to closing, even though they were supposed to make some repairs prior to that. She also changed our offer after we submitted it to an "As Is" offer. That was not okayed with us prior to her changing it. Our realtor, Sherry Vihlen, agreed with us that we had not submitted the offer "AS IS." Had we known the contract was "as is", we would not have put in the offer amount that we did. They knew we were under pressure to find a property since our existing home was closing in 6 weeks. They placed items of furniture in front of walls that had problems and also concealed existing problems. They were unethical in their operations. I would not recommend using this company to list your home and beware when you place an offer on a property they list. Make sure you have a real estate attorney to assist you with your closing with this company!
